Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3
day) and rates are determined by live USPS rate
calculations determined by weight & location.
Overnight shipment is also available within the US via
Federal Express if desired.
International orders are shipped via USPS Global
Priority Mail (3-5 day) and rates are determined by
live USPS rate calculations determined by weight & location.
Items should be treated as pieces of jewelry. Please handle them
as you would any item that is made of crystal, glass, and fine
gem stones. They can be easily broken if not covered and
protected from banging or rubbing against tack rooms, tack
trunks & trailers, etc. When cared for properly they sparkle for
years! To clean your items use a soft cloth or canned air. Do
not immerse products in water or cleaning agents. We can not be
responsible for mishandling of these finely crafted items!
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON CUSTOM ORDERS!
If your item was damaged or defective, contact
returns@StallionStones.com within 72 hours of receiving your
order. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number and instructions from Customer Service about replacing
your merchandise. The item must be new, unused and in it's
original packaging with tags attached. When e-mailing returns@
Stallion Stones.com please, provide your name, order number,
item you wish to return and reason. Returns after 30 days will
not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. For your
protection, please send your return via carriers who offer
package tracking such as FedEx or UPS (be sure to retain your
tracking receipt for future reference). Stallion Stones.com is
not responsible for lost shipments.
Our products are warranted for workmanship, when
properly cared for
up to one year from purchase date and can be returned for
repair. After one year there will be a charge for repairs. In
certain cases new, unused items that were ordered incorrectly
may be eligible for credit toward new product less 10%
restocking fee. Products that are returned for repairs that have
not been properly cared for are subject to additional charges.

current product for size prior to ordering as items ordered in
the incorrect size are NOT eligible for refunds or exchanges If
